In the distance you are greeted by ‘King Dachstein’ and the summit of Großvenediger, covered in glaciers, glisten in the sunlight. Numerous festivals and a lively tradition is what characterises the holiday region around Lake Altaussee. Authentic folk music is part of everyday life here. Lots of young musicians develop ‘their’ folk music in a completely new and entertaining way.
